Working with Justin has been the best decision I have made in a long time.  It can be difficult to commit to something like personal training, but Justin's skill and knowledge are exactly what I was looking for, and his philosophy and training experience are completely in line with my goals. After 6 weeks, I am stronger, and feel like I am on the right track with my short term goals as well as my long term goals. If you are a person of a certain age who thinks that strength and mobility training are not for you, you are mistaken. Cardio only goes so far, the real deal is strength and mobility. Let Justin guide you to become the best version of yourself. He listens to you, but also pushes you when safe to do so. I feel like my health and safety are always in the forefront of my training session. Do It. Don't Wait. He's Great!

I started working with Justin after a hospitalization and years of neglect on my body. Justin is a phenomenal personal trainer that I cannot recommend enough. As a shyer person, I was initially intimidated in seeking professional fitness help from the start. However, Justin's down to earth demeanor and rigorous workout routine made every one of our sessions a rewarding and worthwhile experience.
